According to recent report, Flipkart and Myntra have finalized the deal to merge. Now the two companies are merged but will work as a separate brands. Integration has begun but there is no official confirmation of the deal.

Flipkart was in talks with Myntra for past few months. Now, Nextbigwhat has confirmed the deal. Deal size has not been confirmed, but Nextbigwhat reported that it is expected to be over $250 million value. We are still waiting for official confirmation from Flipkart or Myntra.

Flipkart is also set to raise another round of funding before going for public offering.
