Samsung introduces Galaxy Tab 4 series with 7-inch, 8-inch and 10.1-inch tablets

Today Samsung has announced its new Galaxy Tab 4 series. It is considered to be successor of Galaxy Tab 3 devices. The firm has said that it will go on sale in Q2 of this year. The Galaxy Tab 4 series has three tablets of of 7-inch, 8-inch and 10.1-inch display sizes. There  is no word on pricing as yet. The Galaxy  Tab 4 series will be available in two colors namely Black and White.

Samsung has also said that we are focusing on the budget consumers and they will join Samsung’s high-end and premium TabPro and NotePro devices. According to the company , All the 3 versions of the tablet will be released in Wi-Fi only, 3G and 4G LTE variants. There no details available for the software end.

Talking about the features, Galaxy Tab 4 series has a  WXGA display resolution (1280x800p). It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor. The tablets will run on Android 4.4. Talking about the photo clicking abilities, Galaxy Tab 4 series has a 3MP rear or back facing camera. It is also equipped with 1.3MP front facing camera. Other features include 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage and 7-inch Tab 4 will have  8GB version as well. Talking about connectivity options it has Wi-Fi only, 3G and 4G LTE.
