Samsung Galaxy K zoom with 20.7-megapixel camera, 10x optical zoom launched

Samsung has launched the successor of its high-end camera phone Galaxy S4 Zoom. Newer addition is dubbed as Samsung GalaXy K Zoom. Here K stands for ‘kamera.’ This smartphone comes with 10x optical zoom and 20.7 megapixel BSI CMOS sensor.

You can also say it the camera variant of Galaxy S5 because of many similarities in specifications. Galaxy K Zoom features 4.8 inch HD Super AMOLED display and runs on Android KitKat. It is powered by a hexa-core processor (a quad-core 1.3GHz and a dual-core 1.7GHz). It is packed with 2 GB RAM and 8 GB internal storage expandable up to 64 GB via microSD card. Other features are Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Micro-USB, NFC and 2430mAh battery.

Galaxy K Zoom comes with a 20.7 megapixels rear camera with BSI CMOS sensor, Xenon flash, optical image stabilizer (OIS) for low-light imaging and 10X optical zoom. It also has a 2 megapixel front camera. It also includes Auto Focus/Auto Expsure (AF/AE) separation that helps balance light and clarity. It also has a ‘pro suggest mode’ that has ‘selfie alarm’ for taking photos from front camera.
