Motorola Moto X vs Google Nexus 5 [Comparison]

Design: Moto X comes with attractive back covers including wood back cover. This makes it a different smartphone in Indian market. Nexus 5 is larger and slightly thinner but Moto X is colorful and different.

Display: Moto X features a 4.7 inch 720p display while Nexus 5 comes with 5 inch 1080p full HD display. If we compare display, Nexus 5 is much better.

Camera: Moto X comes with better camera. It has 10 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera. While Nexus 5 has 8 megapixel rear and 1.3 megapixel front camera. Both front camera can take full HD videos.

Software: Nexus 5 and Moto X both smartphones run on Android 4.4.2 Kitkat. But Nexus 5 gives puer Android experience with new Google Now launcher.

Connectivity: Connectivity features are almost similar. Both smartphones offer Bluetooth 4.0 LE. GPS, NFC, microUSB and 4G LTE connectivity. But Nexus 5 also comes with wireless charging.

Battery: Both devices have almost similar battery. And performance is also similar.Nexus 5 comes with best features but Moto X tries to give best user experience. If features on paper doesn’t matters for you, You can go for Moto X and save your Rs. 5000.
