At Mobile World Congress, Microsoft has announced its new hardware partners and Karbonn Mobile is one them. Now the company is all set to launch its new range of windows phone. Karbonn is the third largest mobile seller in India. According to The Times of India, Karbonn is all set to launch the windows phone in June but it will be a Dual OS smartphone that will be running on both Windows and Android.
Karbonn’s CEO Sudhir Hasija told ToI,
“Microsoft has eased the regulations and is opening up its platform for other players. We signed the agreement two days ago and will launch a range of Windows phones in about three months,”
There is no word on on the name of the device, the specifications and also the price what they are thinking on thier new range of smartphones. Karbonn mobile is the third largest mobile seller in India behind Samsung and Micromax.
The market share of Karbonn mobile in India is 10%.
