Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 7-inch tablet with rugged exteriors announced

Panasonic has announced its 7- inch tablet named Panasonic  Toughpad  FZ-M1 yesterday at CES. The most awesome feature of tablet is its toughness that will possibly survive a fall from height of 5 feet. It is completely waterproof. The company also said at the event that the Toughpad FZ-M1 is the thinnest ruggedized tablet. The tablet weighs around 544 gms.

Talking about the features, Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 has a 7-inch WXGA (1,280×800 pixels) display. It is powered with 1.6GHz Intel Core i5 vPro processor. Panasonic said that it is also has Intel Celeron processor paired with 4GB of RAM that can be extended up to 8GB of RAM. Talking about the photo clicking abilities, Panasonic Toughpad FZ-M1 has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It is also accompanied with 2-megapixel front camera. The battery  backup of the tablet seems good as it has a 3,220mAh battery.

Other features of the tablet includes 3G/4G LTE support, optional NFC, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0. The tablet runs on Windows 8.1 Pro OS.
