Huawei Ascent Mate 2 4G phablet launched with 4G LTE Support and Quad-core processor

Huawei has announced its another phablet named Huawei Ascent Mate 2 4G at CES 2014. As the name suggest the phablet will support 4G. There is no word of pricing as yet from the firm and it is interesting to see how the firm will decide the price since there are many competitors in the market like Nokia, Samsung, Gionee etc which have also launched some phablets in the market. It is considered to be Huawei Ascent Mate.

Talking about the features,  Huawei Ascent Mate 2 4G has a a 6.1-inch HD (720p) IPS display. It is powered with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 400 processor with quad-core Cortex-A7 ticking at 1.6GHz and Adreno 306 GPU. It also has a 2GB RAM. The internal storage of the phablet is quite good as it has 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded by up to 64GB using a microSD card. Talking about the photo clicking abilities, Huawei Ascent Mate 2 has a 13-megapixel rear camera with features like autofocus, LED flash and HD recording. It is also accompanied with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Talking about the connectivity features, The phablet has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS/A-GPS+GLONASS support. The battery backup of the phablet is quite good as it has a 4,050mAh battery. The phablet runs on  Android 4.3 Jelly Bean along with  the company’s Emotion UI 2.0 topping it.
