Google has launched Android device manager app in Google play. This app lets Android users locate their device and wipe it remotely if necessary. It was initially launched back in August for web. This app is very similar to Apple’s Find My iPhone service.
The app offers all services available in the web version of Android device manager. With Android device manager app, you can remotely lock your smartphone, wipe data and ring it if misplaced. It also display last location of your device on maps.
