TCL has launched its yet another smartphone named Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ (S960) in China. Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ priced at 1999 Chinese Yuan (~Rs. 20,430) along with the BOOMband. There is no word talked about its global launch and it will go on sale in China at the mid of January.
Talking about the features, Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display at 440 PPI. It is powered with a 2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6592 Octa-Core processor with Mali 400 GPU. The smartphone runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). Talking about the photo clicking abilities, The smartphone has a 13 MP rear view camera along with features such as LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. It is also equipped with 2 MP front facing camera.
One of the best features of the Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ has its BOOMband Bluetooth wristband that tracks all your activity and alerts if you leave it behind by sounding an Alarm. The wrist band will be available in different numbers of colors. The smartphone will also provide dual SIM support with dual standby. Talking about the connectivity smartphone has 3G (TD-SCDMA), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Wi-Fi direct Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
The Alcatel One Touch Idol X+ comes in different range of colors such as Pure White, Deep Blue and Lemon Yellow colors.
