We have been talking about Nokia Lumia 525 for very long time. Finally Nokia has announced Lumia 525. This new smartphone is likely to be unveiled at the Nokia world 2013. Nokia has displayed the first look of Nokia Lumia 525 aka glee on its website. They haven’t talked about anything about when the phone will come to the shores. There is no word of pricing as well on the website.
Most of the specifications of the Lumia 525 are identical to the Lumia 520. Talking about the features, Nokia Lumia 525 is assumed to be predecessor of Nokia Lumia 520. Nokia Lumia 520 is highest grossing smartphone among all Nokia Lumia phones. Lumia 525 has 4-inch WVGA (480×800 pixels) display and is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor clocked at 1GHz. As mentioned above, the RAM has been bumped to 1GB from the 512MB on the Lumia 520.
Lumia 525 comes with 5 megapixel back facing camera with no flash or front-facing camera. Camera of Lumia 525 features Nokia Smart Camera Cinemagraph lens, Panorama lens, and Bing vision with other image tweaking options. It has 8 GB of internal storage expandable up to 64 GB using the microSD card. It is packed with 1,430mAh battery that claims to last for 10.6 hours of talk time and on standby mode it lasts for 14 days. Coming to the connectivity it has 3G support, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and A-GPS. Nokia Lumia 525 runs on Windows Phone 8 with Lumia Black update.
This phone also comes with 7 GB free Skydrive storage. You can use this cloud storage space for storing your important files and make it accessible from any where. Nokia Lumia 525 also comes with popular Nokia brabded location and navigation apps such as HERE Drive, HERE Maps, and HERE Transit.
