Micromax has silently launched a new budget smartphone in its Bolt series. This new smartphone is dubbed as Micromax Bolt A61. It is available online via Micromax e-store and Infibeam for Rs. 4999.

Micromax Bolt A61 features a 4 inch WVGA display with 480×800 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1 GHz Spreadtrum SC7710 processor. It runs on Android 4.1 jelly Bean. It features a 2 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and VGA front camera. It comes with Bluetooth, Wifi and 3G connectivity.

It comes with 512 MB internal storage expandable up to 16 GB via microSD card. It is packed with 1500 mAh battery that claims to give up to 3.55 hours talk time, up to 160 hours standby. It is a dual SIM phone with dual stand by.

It comes pre-loaded with Hike Messenger, Spuul, Opera Mini, Kingsoft Office Suite & the list goes and many other apps.
