Micromax has launched a new tablet Micromax Funbook P255 in Indian market. It is now available via all major online retailers in India. It has been priced at Rs. 4,899.
Micromax Funbook P255 is powered by a 1.2 GHz Cortex A8 processor. It runs on Android 4.0.4 ICS which is too old. It features a 7 inch WVGA display with 800 x 480 pixels resolution. It comes with 2 megapixel rear camera and a VGA front camera. It is packed with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB ROM. It has microSD card slot to expand storage.
Connectivity features of the tablet include 3G, Wi-Fi connectivity, Wi-Fi Hotspot, and USB port. It also support 3G dongles. It is packed with 2600 mAh Lithium – Polymer battery that promises to give 150 hours standby time and 4 hours of internet browsing.
