Swipe Telecom and MTV India has launched a new Android tablet in Indian market. This new tablet is called MTV Slate. It has been priced at Rs. 14,999.
MTV Slate is a powerful tablet with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. It features a 7.85 inch display with 1024×768 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. It features a 5 megapixel camera and a front camera for video calling. It comes with 1 GB RAM. Internal storage of the tablet is 8 GB that is expandable via microSD card. It also has a SIM card slot for voice calling. It is packed with 3200 mAh battery. Connectivity features are 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0 and GPS.
