Huawei’s another mid-range smartphone is now available in India. This time, Huawei Ascend P1 is up for pre-order for Rs. 12,990 via online retailer Flipkart. We can expect the official release by the third week of the August.

Huawei Ascend P1 is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core Qualcommm Snapdragon S4 processor and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Crem Sandwich. It features a 4.3 inches Super AMOLED qHD display with Gorilla Glass 2. It has 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. MicroSD card slot it also present. It has a 8 megapixel camera with dual LED flash and a 1.3 megapixel front camera.

Connectivity features are 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, Bluetooth v 3.0 and GPS. It has 1670 mAh battery.

For crystal clear sound, it has Dolby Sorround Sound technology.

It was showcased in CES 2013 and took one and half year to come in Indian market.
