You can access Twitter via mobile website or official apps. But the free access is not applicable for BlackBerry users. This offer is only for official Twitter apps and not for third party twitter clients. Blocking third party apps from this offer may be the part of Twitter strategy of getting its platform back from third party. Twitter wants users to use official Twitter apps.

If a user clicks on links on Tweet that takes user out of Twitter app, a warning message will be displayed. This message reads, “You are enjoying Twitter without data charges on @vodafoneIN. Accept standard data charges to display media or view external links.”
