The app as basically two kind of help categories- ‘I am here’ and ‘I need help’. Once installed the app in your smartphone, you can add some people whom you want to get help. One can also add a customize message to use later.

Configuration and use of the app is really simple. When you use I am Here feature, it will send your location and a message. If you use “I need help” feature, it will send an alert via call and SMS.

Alert messages from the app will look like this. See screenshot.

The only thing wrong with app is that the location data does not use GPS. So, it will be hard to locate a person in crowded places. App developers should try to add GPS location feature in the next update to make the app better. It will also be nice if the appĀ integrates law enforcement and other emergency helpline to directly get help from them. It will be better and can save lives in few cases.

Currently the app is available for Android device via Google Play Store. Soon, it will also be released for Symbian platform.
