Images of HP Smartphone Leaked, HP Denied

For past few months, HP has been rumored to work on Android based smartphone. Now, PhoneArena has posted few images of HP smartphone. But HP has denied rumors and said that images are fake. At first sight, phone on the leaked images looks similar to Apple’s iPhone. This smartphone is called (Code name) HP “Brave.”

HP has clearly denied the rumors of the phone.

“The photo is a fabrication and is not a photo of anything HP has in the works. Someone is making stuff up.” – HP Representative

Few features of the smartphone has also been leaked. It is expected to feature 4.5 inch display with 900×1600 pixels resolution. It is powered by 2.4 GHz quad core Snapdragon processor. Other features are 2 GB RAM, 15.4 megapixel rear camera and 5 megapixel front camera. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Slashgear has also posted a photo of HP smartphone from back that looks different from the photo posted by PhoneArena.

Now we cannot say anything on the Phone. It may be the fake image edited by someone to spread rumors. On other hand, there is also a possibility that HP does not want to confirm anything before official announcement.
