California based Swipe Telecom has launched a new budget phablet with MTV. This phablet is dubbed as MTV Volt 1000. It is priced at Rs. 11,999.
MTV VOLT 1000 is a dual SIM phablet powered vt a 1 GHZ dual core Mediatek (MTK 6577) processor. It has 1 GB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. It also has a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 32 GB. It features a 6 inch display with 480×854 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
MTV Volt 100 comes with 8 megapixel rear camera and a 1.3 emgapixel front camera. It has Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n and USB 2.0 connectivity options. It is packed with 2850 mAh battery that claims to give 9 hours of talk time.

This is not the first time when MTV has launched its smartphones in partnership. It had launched 2 smartphones with Micromax Last year namely the Micromax MTV X505 Psych and the Micromax MTV X360. It had also launched MTV Volt earlier this year.
