Nokia has announced a new Windows Phone 8 based smartphone called Nokia Lumia 925. This smartphone comes with high resolution display, dual core processor and Smart Camera.

Nokia unveils the Nokia Lumia 925

Nokia Lumia 925 features a 4.5 inch AMOLED display with 1280×768 pixel resolution. This is Nokia’s brightest to date. Screen is also readable both in bright sunlight and when viewing from angles. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with 1 GB RAM. It comes with 16 GB internal storage and there is no microSD card slot to expand the storage..

Nokia Lumia 925 features a 8.7 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss OPtics. It is similar to the one found in Nokia Lumia 928. Camera also features dual LED flash and 1080p HD video recording at 30fps. It also comes with 1.2 megapixel camera for video calls. The camera of the smartphone has six elements that is more than in iPhone. Nokia has also improved the low light credentials of the camera. Nokia has also added a new app for the camera that comes with many nice features. It can shoot 10 frames in a second and comes with 5 editing modes. These modes are Best Shot, Action Shot, Motion Blur, Change Faces and Fade Effect.

Other connectivity features are 4G LTE/ 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.1, GPS / aGPS and NFC.

It is packed with 2000 mAh battery. It also supports wireless charging and comes with Nokia Wireless Charging Pillow.
