Google has rolled out a design for its social network Google+. Google has changed the whole design to give it multi-column interface. Along with the design changes, Google has also added 41 new features on this social network including revamped Photo product, Hangouts app and many other features.

New Google+ includes multi column news feed. And each time a new feed item is there, it will show a notification with reload button at the top left side of feeds.Unlike older design, left tool bar looks like tool bar that will pop on hover. All the tool bar menu options are still available in this new tool bar.

Google+ Redesign

At the right side of the page, you will see recently launched hangouts chat. Now you do not need to care about the hash tag. When you post a new content, It will automatically get a hashtag. If you want to remove it, you can. Whenever you will click on the hashtag, the card will flip around and show you the similar content.

Google+ is now smarter and can easily categorize the post based on the content. Gundotra also demonstrated this feature. He posted a picture of EiffelTower and Google+ automatically added a hashtag #EiffelTower.

With this new design, Google wants you to use your time in finding information not in navigating the website. Every action you perform on Google+ show a small animation. It looks better. Whenever you post a video or photo, it occupies multiple columns.
