This new iPod Touch features a 4 inch retina display with 1136×640 pixels resolution. It is powered by a dual-core A5 processor. It comes with a 1.2 megapixel FaceTime HD camera at front that can also record 720p videos. To cut the cost of the device, Apple has not added any rear camera and lanyard hook.

It comes with Apple’s new EarPod in-ear headphones and a Lightning to USB cable. Battery life is also nice that offers 40 hours of music playback and 8 hours of video playback.

All other features are same as in fifth generation iPod touch that was launched back in September 2012. It features 4 inch Retina display with 1136×640 pixels resolution. It is similar to the iPhone 5 display. The device also includes support for Bluetooth 4.0 and dual-band 802.11n.

New iPod touch variant is available only in silver color. It will be available from Tomorrow in United states.

Apple has also discontinued the 16GB and 32GB versions of the fourth generation iPod touch.
