HP has finally launched its 7 inch Android tablet HP Slate 7. This tablet is priced at $169. It is launched for people who want a cheap tablet. It will fight with Google Nexus 7 that is available for $200.

HP Slate 7 Android Tablet Now Available for $169

HP Slate 7 is a 7 inch tablet with 1024×600 pixels resolution display. It is powered by a 1.6 GHz dual core ARM Cortex A9 processor. It is packed with 1 GB RAM, 8 GB internal storage and microSD card. For video calls, it features a VGA camera at the front and a 3 megapixel camera at the back of the device.

It features Wifi 802.11b/g/n with Bluetooth 2.1 EDR Combo connectivity. It comes with 3,500mAh battery. HP claims that the battery of tablet will last for 5 hours. It seems very less as compared to other tablets in market.
