AOL employees are tweeting that AOL is shutting down AOL Music and firing the employees in the division. AOL Music operates variety of news websites. Along with music.aol.com, AOL is also axing The Bootm, Noisecreep, Boombox, Tour Tracker. All these are also part of AOL music.
Spinner tweeted that AOL is shutting down the services. Later they deleted the tweet. Tweet said, ” All of AOL Music is shutting down. Thank you all for your support. We had such a blast.”
