Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 that was unveiled in January this year, is now available for order online. A finnish retailer Gigantiti has listed the smartphone for Rs 23,200. The smartphone is expected to hit Indian retailers by the end of this month.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 features a 4 inch LCD scratch proof display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 1 GHz processor an runs on Android Ice Cream Sandwich. It comes with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB internal storage. It also comes with a microSD card slot to expand storage up to 32 GB.
It features a 5 megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash. For video calls, it also comes with a front VGA camera. Both camera can record videos.
Connectivity options include Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotspot and USB v2.0 port. Smartphone promises to give smooth touch, better multimedia features and better web browsing.
It also comes with SVoice that lets users control their smartphone with voice commands. Samsung branded apps also comes preloaded in the smartphones. Users can also enjoy all the benefits of Samsung Hubs, including the latest versions of Readers Hub, Video Hub, Game Hub and Music Hub.
It is packed with Li-ion 1700 mAh battery.
