Samsung has unveiled two new entry level Android smartphone called Samsung Galaxy Star and Galaxy Pocket Neo. Both smartphone runs on Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS.
Samsung Galaxy Star Features 3 inch QVGA display with 240 x 320 pixels resolution. It is dual SIM phone. It features 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage and 2 megapixel camera. Connectivity features are WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It lacks 3G connectivity. It is also packed with a 1200 mAh battery.
Samsung Galaxy Pocket is similar to the Glaxy Star but it comes with 3G connectivity. All other hardware and software specifications are similar. Nothing more information about these smartphones is available. But we can expect these smartphone in India within the few weeks.
We can expect the price of Galaxy Pocket Neo around Rs. 6,500 and galaxy Star around Rs.5000. At this price range, you may get smartphones with better hardware specifications. But Samsung brand is enough to attract customers.
