Google has finally launched its much awaited service books to Google Play Store in India. This will allow users to search, purchase and read millions of eBooks from several categories.

Google Play Books Store India

This book service is similar to Amazon Kindle eBook store and Flipkart’s Flyte book store. Users will also be able to read their purchased books on Android, iPhone and iPad devices. But Google Book store comes with something which is not offered by anyone. Apple’s iBook only offers classical Indian books, Flyte is not available for iPad or iPhone and Kindle store is also not available on iPhone. So, iPhone an iPad users have only one option that is Google Book store.

“Today we’re adding books to Google Play for people in India. Books on Google Play now offers thousands of Indian titles, from new releases to classics. It’s easy to find great Indian authors such as Amish Tripathi, Devdutt Pattanaik and APJ Abdul Kalam, plus international bestsellers from the world’s largest ebookstore,” Google Announced.
