Yesterday, We reported that Samsung Galaxy Note has crossed 3 million sales mark in a month. Now Samsung has announced another milestone for the company. Samsung has managed to sell more than 30 million Samsung Galaxy S3 devices.

These number includes the sale of I9300 as well as carrier specific versions offered in specific markets including Korea, Japan and United States. 30 million is really an impressive figure and company is very happy with the growth of the smartphone. Samsung galaxy s3 took 5 months to reach up to these numbers.

“The Galaxy S III continues to be a runaway favourite with customers around the world,” JK Shin, head of Samsung’s IT and mobile communications division, said in a statement on Sunday.

Samsung has sold around 56.3 million smartphones in July-September month which represents 31.3 per cent of the global market.
