Pantel Launches 8-inch Android Tablet, WS802C-2G With Voice Calling Feature for Rs 8,299

Today, Pantel launched another low cost Android tablet called WS802C-2G. This tablet comes with a sim slot and features SIM calling. The WS802C-2G is priced at Rs 8,299.

WS802C-2G features 8 inch capacitive display. It is powered by a 1.2 GH processor with 1 GB RAM. It comes with 8 GB internal storage that is 32 GB expandable via microSD card.

Like other pantel tablets, it also comes with a USB port to connect 3G dongles. The  tablet comes with connectivity options like Wi-Fi, mini-USB, host USB, Bluetooth and HDMI Port.

It is also packed with 5,000 mAh battery. It also comes with so many nice apps preloaded which includes Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Gmail.

Pantel has also partnered with BSNL and offering 4 GB of data for 2 months. Company is also offering a keyboard with stereo speakers worth Rs. 1,499 for free.

This tablet has launched to compete with Micromax Funbook Talk that also comes with SIM calling. There are so many difference. It costs approx 1000 less than Pantel WS802C-2G. But its features also less. It has only 7 inch screen, 1 GHz processor and 4 G internal storage. It is packed with 2800 mAh battery less powerful that WS802C-2G.

If we see the specifications, WS802C-2G is much better than Funbook Talk. But Micromax is a big brand now. So it will be interesting to see whether Pantel will beat Funbook Talk or not.
