Multiple NBC’s websites are appeared to be hacked and defaced. Several pages of the website has a deface message saying hacked by pyknic.”
Deface message reads, “Remember, remember the fifth of November. The gunpowder treason and plot. I know of no reason why the gunpowder treason should ever be forgot.”
It is not only the home page that has been hacked. Many other pages are also affected and showing some errors and data in distorted manner. NBC’s mobile landing and the NBC Sports Rotoworld forums have also been affected.
Hacker also added that “user info” and “passwords” had been exposed.
NBC has made no comment on the issue. We are trying to get more info and will update you soon with latest information about this hack.
