Sony Xperia J is now up for Pre-order in India via online retailer Flipkart for the price of Rs. 16,490. It is expected to release on 5th week of October. Flipkart is also offering free e-Gift voucher worth Rs. 500. Xperia J was announced in IFA Conference back in August.

Sony Xperia J is an Android smartphone that comes with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich on board and is waiting to get Jelly Bean update. It is powered by a 1 GHz Cortex-A5 Processor with 512 MB RAM. It features a 4 inch TFT Capacitive touchscreen with 854 x 480 pixels resolution and gorilla glass coating atop.

It features a 5 MP camera autofocus camera with LED flash and a front VGA camera for video calls. It comes with 4 GB onboard storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via micrSD card. Connectivity features of this smartphone includes Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth, DLNA and A-GPS.

It is packed with 1,750mAh battery which claims to perform well.
