Sony Mobiles has finally launched Sony Xperia J in India. It was already available in India for pre-order via online retailers.
It is now available at all retail stores across India for Rs. 18,399. But you can get it for lesser price online. It features a 4 inch Capacitive touchscreen with 854 x 480 pixels resolution.
Sony Xperia J is powered by a 1 GHz single core processor with 512 MB RAM. It comes with a 4 GB internal storage which is expandable via microSD card. It features a 5-megapixel camera along with a VGA camera for video calls. It is also packed with a 1,750 mAh battery that is expected to give 6 hours of talk time.
It features all latest connectivity features including Wi-Fi, 3, Bluetooth, DLNA and A-GPS.

Sony is struggling in the Indian market. People prefer cheaper smartphone in India and this smartphone has the higher price that Galaxy Ace. Although it has the better operating system than Galaxy Ace, people prefer Ace more just because of pricing factor. Sony also has a cheaper Android smartphone Xperia Tipo with good specifications.
