Popular photo sharing app, Instagram for Android devices has just crossed 50 million downloads in Google Play Store. Last month, Instagram announced to have 100 million registered users with more than 5 billion photo shared till date. These numbers shows that Android users are accepting the app faster than iOS users.

This app was initially launched for iPhone and only and was only for iPhone for 2 years. It was launched for Android devices few months back and is quite popular among users. It was launched for Android devices on April 3 and reached to the first million downloads in just 24 hours.

Instagram is a nice photo sharing app which comes with many image filters. So users can give various image effects to their photos before sharing it with friends. Image filter are so cool that you will really fall in love with this app. You can also interact with other users by likes and comments on the photo.
