GTA: Vice City coming soon to iOS and Android

According to recent blog posts on Rockstar, Rockstar is going to release Grad Theft Auto: Vice City for Android and iOS devices. This game was initially released on October 29th, 2002 and now its turning 10 years old. Company says these mobile versions as “Anniversary Edition.”

GTA: Vice City is a nice game and follow the story of Tommy Vercetti. He runs around the city Miami in an 80s themed.

Rockstar said, “To celebrate the 10th anniversary, there will be a series of commemorative assets released, including never-before-seen artwork and a brand new anniversary trailer highlighting some of the most iconic scenes and music from the game.”

“In conjunction with the anniversary, we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be releasing an Anniversary Edition of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for select iOS and Android devices later this fall. This upcoming version will bring the full experience to mobile devices, featuring native high-resolution graphics and several enhancements unique to the iOS and Android platforms,” it added.

Rockstar did not confirm the release date of the game and its availability on Windows Phone devices.

Rockstar has already a version of GTA, GTA III on mobile devices that was launched in the end of last year. That got good response from mobile gamers.
