AOL relaunched its gaming website, games.com with more than 5000 games for free. New design of the website is really nice and aims to attract more gamers. It is also optimized well for mobile and tablet devices.

This new gaming website also contains games that are built purely on HTML5. So these games are playable on iPad and devices that does not support flash. AOL said that games are the collection from popular game developers and distributors such as Big Fish Games, Masque Publishing, Mochi Media and others.

The website, games.com is not yet finished and AOL is working to add more features in it. This gaming website will compete with against popular gaming sites such as addictinggames.com and bigfishgames.com.

It will be interesting to see how these games will help AOL to generate revenue and make its valuable name in gaming.
