Google Play Store has store now added India in the list countries from where publishers can publish paid apps in the Android store. Until Now, Indian app developers are allowed only to publish free apps for Android devices.

This move has been expected for few months because India is now a big Android market with many devices and developers. There are many popular app publishers in India with so many companies and some individual developers.

Android claims to have more that 6.5 lakh apps in the store and this move will surely attract few more developers to come and join the community.

You can see that India is there in the list of locations from where publishers may sell paid applications.
