Yahoo! Mail Gets a Photo App

Yahoo has added a photo app into Yahoo! Mail. This photo app allows users to see all photos they had ever sent and received during the entire life on email account as email attachment.

This nice app allows users to manage all those app from one place. Users will be able to see the thumbnails of the images and they can filter the images by date, time, sender, size and folder.

This app is accessible from both desktop and mobile devices. This app does not need to be downloaded and can be found at the Application section on the left tab. In the app, users can view all their photos in the form of a slide show. By Default, this app shows most recent photos but you can sort as you want.

This app also allows users to share photos with friends either via uploading them to Flickr or via email. To share photos as email attachment, click and photos to select. Once a select mark is added on the photo, click on share and then select “Share as Attachments.” A new email compose page will open with photos as attachment. The mail can now be composed and sent.

If you want to share via Flickr, select photos by same method and click on share. Here select Share as Links via Flickr. If you does not have any Flickr account, you can create a new one. Once you have a Flickr account, you can proceed to upload the images and can send his friends the link to his Flickr web album.
