Another low cost Android ICS tablet is now available in Indian market. This new tablet is Wammy 7, introduced by Wicked Leak.

Wammy 7 is a 7 inch tablet and aims to students and professionals. This tablet is now available to order from the company website.
Wammy 7 is powered by a 1.2 GHz ARM Cortex A10 processor along with a 512 MB DDR3 RAM. It also has a dedicated 400 MHz GPU for full HD video playback. It is packed with a 3,800 mAH li-pol battery which is expected to supply backup of 4 hours.

A company spokesperson stated, “Even though the Indian media tablets market witnessed high decibel launches by the world’s leading vendors, the Tablet PC market in India is a niche market that is quickly picking up the pace with respect to adoption.”

Other features of this tablet includes USB port 2.0 for 3G Dongle, RJ 45lAN cable, 3.5 mm audio out and microSD slot.

Wammy 7 will be availabble in the market for Rs. 5,249.
