HTC officially announced HTC Desire C

HTC has announced its budget friendly Android smartphone Desire C. This smartphone has look similar to HTC One and comes with Beats Audio technology.

This smartphone is powered by 600 MHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S1 mobile processor and runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The actual chipset model number wasn’t announced, but it’s probably the MSM7225A with a Cortex-A5 CPU.
It features a 3.5 inch LCD HVGA (480 x 320 pixel) resolution display. It also has a 5 megapixel camera with f/2.8 aperture and no flash. It comes with 4 GB on board storage and 512 MB RAM.

HTC Desire C will feature HSPA+”>HSPA+ support with 7.2 Mbps speed. HTC has added a 1230 mAh battery to this smartphone to make it run for long. For good multimedia experience, this smartphone will feature Beats Audio.

This Device will also come with 25 GB free Dropbox storage for two years. There will also be an NFC-enabled version of the Desire C.

It would be available in Red, White and Black colors. It would be available for about £170 (~US$ 273) from T-Mobile UK on PAYG and for about £15.50 per month on contract.
