On this mother’s day, every child wishes Mother’s day to mom. So Google is also wishing the same to all mothers with its special animated Doodle.
When you go to Google’s home page, you will see a g as a mother and two small o‘s as her children. Children come with a purple flower. They give it to their mother and Jump into her arms.
The present day celebration began in 1908, when Anna Jarvis requested the church where her mother, Anna Reeves, spent over 20 years teaching Sunday School, to hold a memorial in remembrance of her mother. Her request was accepted and the first Mother’s Day was celebrated on May 10, 1908 in West Virginia and Pennsylvania.
