Samsung Galaxy S Advance and Galaxy Pocket Now in India

Samsung has just announced the availability of Samsung Galaxy S Advance (GT-I9070) and Samsung Galaxy Pocket (GT-S5300) in India. Both the phones run on Android 2.3(Gingerbread) with Samsung TouchWiz UI.

Galaxy S Advance was announced this January while Galaxy pocket was announced last month.

Galaxy S Advance is powered by 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor. It features a 5 mega pixels Auto Focus Camera with LED Flash and 1.3 mega pixels secondary camera for video calling. It has a 4.0-inch WVGA (480×800) Super AMOLED display. It has 768 MB RAM and 8 GB internal memore which can be expanded up to 32 GB.

Samsung Galaxy Pocket is powered by 832MHz processor and features a 2.8-inch touch screen display. It has a good quality 2 mega pixels fixed focus camer. It also features 3 GB internal memory expandable up to 32 GB with microSD card.

Both smartphone features 3.5mm audio Jack, Stereo FM Radio with RDS, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v 3.0 and aGPS.

The Samsung Galaxy S Advance is priced at Rs. 26,900. The Samsung Galaxy Pocket comes at a price of Rs. 8,150.
