Google has revealed the detals about its new research project, Google Project Glass and posted a video which shows the next generation of Google’s technology with Google+.
In this technology, there is a specially designed microphone and a partly transparent video screen that is placed just in front of user’ eyes. This video screen will place all the information just in front of user’s eyes. This transparent screen will show you everything from text messages to maps to reminders. It may be capable of showing video chats, providing turn-by-turn directions, taking photos and recording notes — all through simple voice commands.
Developers of this project posted on Google+ post,”We think technology should work for you, be there when you need it and get out of your way when you don’t.”
It is still not confirmed that when the device will go on sale.
“A group of us… started Project Glass to build this kind of technology, one that helps you explore and share your world, putting you back in the moment,” said a statement from Google X – the firm’s experimental lab.
“We’re sharing this information now because we want to start a conversation and learn from your valuable input.”
This device is really helpful as it guides users in all the work he do and all the way he go. All the things you do with smartphones can be done with it without need to use your hand.
