Four days, we came to know that a new project has arrived on SourceForge with the name of Anonymous OS. This was claimed to be registered by famous Anonymous hackers. According to the description, this operating system is based on Ubuntu 11.10 and uses Mate desktop.

Anonymous OS 0.1This os is claimed to have a list of security and penetration testing tools which are listed on the website. This OS is also being distributed by a website created on tumbler. It has everything which makes it fully trusted. But Anonymous group has denied this claim. Hey said on twitter,”The Anon OS is fake it is wrapped in Trojans.”

So this is my suggestion not to download this Anonymous OS. Never think of give it a try. If you really want to operating system to test the security of websites, download and install Backtrack latest version.
