Mashable, a popular social media news blog is likely to be acquired by CNN. The report came from the Reuters blogger Felix Salmon. The deal is expected to announce on Tuesday.The rumors are around that the deal is close to $200 million. So it will be interesting to see what is going to happen. Some people also doubt about the value of Mashable to be $200 million.

Mashable is one of the most famous blogs on the internet. It was founded by Pete Cashmore in 2005 to cover latest technology news. Now the website also covers entertainment, business, technology, gadgets, startups.
Mashable has millions of daily page views with more than 840,000 fans on Facebook. The blog is headquartered in New York City, with an office in San Francisco.
