Zip is a popular file format which used to compress files. But iOS doesn’t support zip archives by default. So WinZip now comes on iOS devices as WinZip app for iPhone, iPad. This new app allows users to Zip files and attachments from email right on your iOS device.

This app has an easy interface for quickly opening and manage compressed Zip files on your iPhone and iPad. This WinZip app for iPhone, iPad is also compatible with iPod touch.

Supported file types for Zipped files that can be previewed include .txt, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .rtf, .pdf, .key, .numbers, .pages, .htm, .htm, .jsp, .bmp, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .png, and .gif.

Requirements:

iOS 4.2 or later
Compatible with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
