Nokia unveils first 4G phone – Lumia 900 [MWC]

At Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain, Nokia has announced its new Lumia 900. This new smartphone is an improved version of Lumia 800 and runs on Windows Phone 7.5. Lumia 900 is the first LTE network supporting Windows Phone device from Nokia. This smartphone will come in cyan, white and blackĀ colorsĀ and will be available through AT&T.

This smartphone is powered by single core 1.4 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon APQ8055+MDM9200 mobile chipset coupled with 512 MB RAM. It features a 4.3 inch ClearBlack Amoled display with WVGA 800 x 480 pixel resolution.

Lumia 900 has a 8 megapixel camera at back with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture along with a front camera for video chatting. It comes with 16 GB on-board storage.

Smartphone comes with many pre-installed apps for chatting and social sharing. Nokia Lumia 900 is expected to hit the market worldwide in the second quarter of this year for Rs 31, 675 approximately)
