LinkedIn Adds An Embeddable Follow Button For Company Sites

Few months back, LinkedIn had announced a follow button for companies which allowed users to follow a company to get the real-time updates of the company network. Now company has moved the same concept a step ahead with an embeddable button that companies can add to their websites.

Now LinkedIn users can follow company with this button direct from the company website. This can be seen as a like button of facebook pages. If a user is logged in into LinkedIn account, he/she can follow a company by clicking on this button. It the users is not logged in, a login box will appear to ask login to follow the company on LinkedIn.

Follow company is a nice concept which allows a LinkedIn user to keep track of all the latest updates of a company, such as job openings, new developments and more via your status update stream.
