Facebook has launched the new photo viewer which is similar to the photo viewer used in Google+.

Now, users will see some changes in the way they see photos in theri facebook account. Facebook now puts photo in the left side while comments and other details on the right side of the screen. Sponsored stories, details about the photos are at the right side which is visible with photo. This update was rolled out yesterday.

Google+ offers the similar way of opening photos for Google+ users. Now the facebook has adopt the similar photo viewer. The layout is not identical but we can find many similarities.

For the past few months, Facebook is trying to play with its image features. This time Facebook has given more importance to its sponsors. This is the reason company has decided to show it with the photos without going for scroll.
