BlackBerry os 2.0RIM has just announced BlackBerry OS 2.0 PlayBook tablet. This new version of operating system comes with some new features, apps and social media integration such as Facebook and Twitter.

BlackBerry OS 2.0 for PlayBook come with some new apps such as native calendar, contacts and messages apps. It also incudes some common options in realtime multitasking to improve the system speed. New tools for faster access includes Print to Go and Documents To Go.

BlackBerry OS 2.0 also has a screen switching feature known as BlackBerry Bridge. With this new feature, users can switch between screens of their BlackBerry smartphone and the PlayBook. Along with these new features, RIM now also offers many new apps in the BlackBerry App World, which includes a couple of Android apps that work on the PlayBook.

PlayBook OS 2.0 will be available as a free download for existing users and will automatically update on new devices.
