Face unlock feature of Samsung Galaxy Nexus was released for better security. Although it is not so safe as it claims. Some security researcher have claimed to break this security feature with the use of photographs. But it is a nice feature which you can try if you are the owner of the Galaxy Nexus.

You can set up face unlock on your Galaxy Nexus by following these simple steps:

  1. Go to Settings and tap on Security.
  2. Select Screen Lock
  3. Tap on Face Unlock
  4. Follow the rest of the prompts on the screen to complete the setup process. Once you are done, you will be asked to enter either a pattern or a pin code as a backup unlock method should there be any issues with the device recognizing your face.

This is really a nice security feature and prevent unauthorized access to your device.
