YouTube has now launched YouTube for schools which allows only the access of educational videos. YouTube has lots of educational videos, but most of the educational institutes have blocked the website in campus just because mostly students use it to see the songs and other videos. Now YouTube has poposed a way for instututes and studetns both.

“We’ve developed YouTube for Schools, a network setting that school administrators can turn on to grant access only to the educational content from YouTube EDU,” YouTube explained.

YouTube has educational content posted by 600 YouTube EDU partners. So students can access this which will help them in studies. The main part of this is that teachers can create their own playlists of video that can be made available to students via YouTube for Schools.

“Teachers can choose from the hundreds of thousands of videos on YouTube EDU created by more than 600 partners like the Smithsonian, TED, Steve Spangler Science, and Numberphile,” it said.
